Esposito Securities is looking for a Sales Manager with the ability to recruit established brokerage salespeople into our fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will take a proactive role in transitioning new representatives while creating a synergetic relationship with the firm. An ability to recruit and maintain high volume, institutional and retail producers ($500k+) and maintain these candidates longevity is a must. Candidate should be able to work independently and have an entrepreneurial focus and desire. The position is located in Dallas, TX but recruiting will be done nationwide. A minimum of 3+ years in brokerage sales, recruiting or management is required. Possession of the series 7 and 63 is preferred but not required.
